Red de investigación y políticas de Innovación | Innovation Research & Policy Network (IRPN)

Interesante compilación de trabajos de investigación en Innovación.

We are pleased to announce the creation of Innovation Research & Policy Network (IRPN), which is sponsored by ITX Corp. It will provide a worldwide, online community for research in all areas of innovation and policy studies, following the model of other subject matter networks within SSRN.

ITX Corp. was founded in 1997 as a business technology and Web solutions company. ITX is known for their commitment to the value of integrity in order to help their clients achieve their strategic business objectives. ITX's services include six main practice areas - business technology strategy; user-experience design; Web, application and mobile development; technology implementation; managed services; and business continuity planning. For more information, visit http://www.itx.com.

We expect IRPN to become a comprehensive online resource for research in innovation and policy studies, providing scholars with access to current work in their field and facilitating research and scholarship.

IRPN's founding directors are:
Scott Stern, School of Management Distinguished Professor of Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - Sloan School of Management, National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), and Eric von Hippel, T. Wilson Professor of Innovation Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - Sloan School of Management
Initially, IRPN will begin with the following 17 Subject Matter eJournals, and subscriptions will be free during the start-up phase until July 2013. The Innovation in Legal Education eJournal is sponsored by Vermont Law School's Center for Legal Innovation.

Editors: Oliver Goodenough Vermont Law School, and Rebecca Purdom Vermont Law School
Sponsor: The Center for Legal Innovation at the Vermont Law School focuses on the study and implementation of innovation in the law and in legal education. As a part of its work, it seeks to create a free space in which to re-envision what legal education can be, untethered from a fixation on what it now is.

Description: This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts which engage with innovation in the field of legal education. Legal education is moving from a century or more of relative stability in form and content to a time of rapid challenge, innovation, and change. While technology, economic pressures, globalization, and the changing nature of practice and government all have a role in sparking this innovation, changes in theory and practice are also sweeping through education more generally. Furthermore, our understanding of the nature of law is developing in ways that challenge our teaching. The eJournal INNOVATION IN LEGAL EDUCATION provides a forum for looking beyond the traditional dialog of legal educators and into areas of real innovation and change. It will accept working papers, essays, published articles, experimental and research reports, and other scholarly treatments of topics at the cutting edge of developments in the teaching and study of law.
